This high quality Foot Set will fit PFAFF Walking Foot Model Classes :

145,   335,   545,   1245

This foot set contains one outside foot and one inside foot. The outside foot has a single toe which allows close stitching to the zipper. The toe is on the right side. Zipper will go to the Left of the foot. Both outside & inside foot have teeth on the bottom.
