Restora plastic collar stays are a great replacement for those collar stays that dont make it back from the laundry room or the dry cleaners. Restora collar stays are likely thicker and more rigid than the plastic collar stay that came with your dress shirt.  Always remove collar stays before washing your shirt or leaving at the cleaners.  Shirt stays left in your shirt while ironing could melt and leave your collar deformed.
