BELMONT 10″ Heavy Duty Bent  Scissors.

Fine quality and durable shear that is primarily used by tailors, upholsterers auto/marine, and textile cutting applications. The preferred shear for continuous use. Widely used in the textile trade for cutting multiple layers and also from trimming applications.
